Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the Velvet Lobby Platform and all content you upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available through it. This AUP is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account.
1. Age Requirements
The Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. You must not use the Platform if you are under 18 years of age. You must not upload, post, or transmit any content that depicts, involves, or is directed at any individual under the age of 18. Any content that appears to depict a minor will be immediately removed, and the matter will be reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities.
2. Permitted Content
Providers may upload and display the following types of content on the Platform, subject to the requirements and restrictions described in this AUP:
- Professional or personal photographs depicting the Provider in appropriate attire, including lingerie, swimwear, and similar clothing.
- Tasteful topless photographs (Spicy Gallery, subject to administrative approval and Provider verification status).
- Written biographical information, service descriptions, and rates.
- Contact information the Provider chooses to make publicly available.
3. Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Uploading, posting, or transmitting any of the following may result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement:
3.1 Sexual and Explicit Content
- Full nudity below the waist, including explicit depictions of genitalia or pubic area.
- Photographs or videos depicting sexual intercourse, oral sex, or any other explicit sexual act.
- Content depicting sexual fetishes involving bodily fluids, violence, or non-consensual scenarios.
- Any content that constitutes obscenity under applicable law.
3.2 Content Involving Minors
- Any content that depicts, involves, or is directed at individuals under the age of 18 in a sexual or suggestive manner.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind.
- Content that sexualizes or exploits minors in any way.
3.3 Illegal Services and Activities
- Explicit solicitation of prostitution or any other illegal sexual services.
- Advertising or facilitating sex trafficking or human trafficking of any kind.
- Content that violates the STOP (Stop Enabling Sex Traffickers Act) or FOSTA (Allow States and Victims to Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act) provisions.
- Solicitation or advertisement of any other illegal activity.
3.4 Harmful and Deceptive Content
- False, misleading, or fraudulent information, including misrepresentation of identity, age, or the nature of services offered.
- Content that impersonates any person or entity.
- Stolen or unauthorized content, including photographs of other individuals posted without their consent.
- Content that violates the intellectual property rights of any third party.
- Deepfakes or AI-generated content that falsely depicts real individuals.
3.5 Harmful Technical Content
- Malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, or any other malicious code.
- Phishing content or fraudulent links designed to steal credentials or personal information.
- Spam or unsolicited bulk communications.
- Automated scripts, bots, or scrapers that access the Platform without authorization.
4. Conduct Standards
In addition to content restrictions, you must not engage in the following conduct while using the Platform:
- Harassing, threatening, intimidating, or stalking any other user.
- Discriminating against or harassing users on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic.
- Attempting to circumvent any access controls, security measures, or content moderation systems.
- Sharing another user's private information without their consent (doxxing).
- Creating multiple accounts to evade a ban or suspension.
- Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Platform's normal operation.
5. Reporting Violations
We rely on our community to help maintain the safety and integrity of the Platform. If you encounter content or conduct that you believe violates this AUP, please report it immediately:
- General violations: Use the "Report Profile" feature on any provider profile page, or email [email protected].
- Content depicting minors: Email [email protected] immediately with the subject line "CSAM Report." We will investigate and act within 24 hours and will report to NCMEC.
- Copyright infringement: See our DMCA Policy.
6. Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violation of this AUP and to take appropriate action, which may include removing content, issuing warnings, suspending accounts, permanently terminating accounts, and referring matters to law enforcement. We are not obligated to provide notice before taking enforcement action, particularly in cases involving illegal content or imminent harm.
Our enforcement decisions are final. If you believe your account was suspended or content was removed in error, you may appeal by contacting [email protected] within 30 days of the enforcement action.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated AUP.
